With a track-record spanning 40 years across 4 continents, International Executive Coach Alison Haill, Leadership Communication specialist, is our founder CEO and Principal Consultant.

Starting her career in teaching taught her a range of methodologies for working with adults. Since then she has created a unique approach which combines business experience with Neuroscience and Conversational Intelligence® expertise, Linguistics and Cross-Cultural experience.
