We’re very close to finishing our long-awaited training product. I’ve been working on this for several years so that it can include all I know, but I’m finally going to wrap it up and release it – in mid-September!
This course will be entirely focused on how to engage, motivate and manage your team, so they perform better in the job and in addition are more productive, engaged and enthusiastic. It will include a full Coaching Skills Training Manual for managers, as well as five DVDs, an Audio CD, Special Notes and a bound copy of my book “The S-Factor A Coaching Handbook”.
I’m going to share ALL my secrets about coaching skills and I’m going to show you exactly why they work. I’ll include all the ways that they can help you as a Manager to uncover individual motivation, potential and creativity in your team, and harness these for great results.
