Is training always face to face?

As we are an international company and many of our clients come from abroad, we have a very flexible approach to provide the best service to those who can’t enjoy the training in the UK. We deliver our training via Skype and/or telephone and our experience says that the outcomes and learner satisfaction are the same. This option is only available for one-to-one training. However, ask us if you have any other queries –like group training abroad- so we can give you the best solution.

What options are there for training?

We deliver our training either one-to-one or in groups at the client company. It depends on the client needs, objectives, budget, number of people to be trained and the different communication skills levels the show. The maximum number of delegates for these courses is 6-7. If the competence in communication is too diverse we will recommend the best solution in order to take the best advantage from the training. We also offer one-to-one specialised coaching to powerfully stretch the learner potential with an individual and focused approach.

What communications skills do you teach?

For Business Presentations you improve your delivery, speak with conviction, analyse the audience, plan your presentation and use words effectively to make the right impact.
Clear Speech for Business improves your pronunciation, fluency and confidence in speaking, from meetings and telephone conferences to presenting and networking.
You will improve your effectiveness and impact for chairing, presenting and participating in Business Meetings. Learning to interrupt diplomatically, make your point effectively and lead the meeting.
You also update your Business Writing skills, creating the right message, reviewing stylistics, proposals, etc.

What is the Impact Gap Model?

The Impact Gap Model is a communication development approach that has been designed by Alison Haill, based on 30 years’ experience working with professionals and leaders worldwide (in Europe, Asia, South America). With our unique profiling tool we evaluate your communication on 3 levels of expertise: Interaction, influence and impact. We have found that by helping you to change just 20% of how you communicate, you can increase impact by 80%. But to start the process we need to know where the current gaps are.

How does The Impact Gap Profile work?

One of our specialist consultants evaluates 3 levels of your communication: interaction, influence and impact, considering the Logical and Emotional aspects as well. We detect where the Impact Gaps are and advise you on how to fill them. By changing certain key elements of your current communication style, you transform the results you get. Depending on your Profile and your objectives, we give you tips and techniques to use at once. We also show you how to work on deep-seated habits to get your influence and impact double.
